I'm finally going to travel down to Sausalito, but I need to figure out exactly which day and all the other necessary expenses that I will be incurring while I am staying down in the SF bay area. I would like to interview as quickly as possible so I know if I get the job or not, that way I can get back to my friend and tell her whether we will be able to live together or not. We are planning on renting an apartment together and she starts work at the same firm next month on the 11th... so if I get a yes before that time then I'll be able to proceed with the necessary preparations needed to go and live down there. I'm pretty excited, but also very anxious since it's audit busy season right now and I really cannot expect the employer to get back to me as quickly as I would like him to... *sigh* I'm trying to plan the trip for either before the 24th of July or after, because I promised to be the DD for my friend's birthday... which reminds me... I need to get her something for her birthday. I wonder what though...
I also finally finished watching Marathon today, it's a drama special with Ninomiya from Arashi in it. It's pretty good and about an autistic runner. It's a pretty even-paced, but somewhat slow-moving drama so you would have to watch it when you have a lot of time. I watched it in 8 segments 'cause I would watch a bit and then put it down to do something else, and then watch another segment and then put it down to do something else. Finally finished it today and it's really heartwarming. Ninomiya is such a great actor and the story was really beautiful. I highly recommend this drama.
